This website uses first-party, cookie-free access logging to understand site usage and document downloads.

Data collected

• Page and PDF paths, time, referrer, browser user agent and response status.
• IP address and approximate country, region and city supplied by the hosting network.
• A pseudonymous visitor identifier generated from the IP address and browser user agent.

Purpose and retention

The data is used for traffic measurement, security review and download statistics. Raw IP addresses are automatically removed after 90 days. Other event information and pseudonymous identifiers may be retained for historical aggregate reporting.

Sample requests

When you submit a sample request, we store the customer name, sample name (including another supplier’s brand and grade if provided), address and email, optional application requirements and required quantity, along with the request time and reference. These details are used for material selection, request follow-up and shipping coordination and are not displayed publicly. A daily pseudonymous network identifier helps prevent abuse.
